Participants who have been entered into the GetOnSite Professional Advisor Scheme (‘the scheme’) will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of GetOnSite as set out herein.
We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
In order to be eligible to participate in the scheme:
You must be a UK business
Had a demo of the GetOnSite system
Be approved by one of our induction specialists.
Once eligibility has been approved, you will gain access to the GetOnSite partner logo to use on your website and in other promotional materials.
For each successful client referral, you will receive £100 by banks transfer.
A successful referral is deemed to be one where your client is granted the free 30-day trial of the GetOnSite induction platform, following a demo.
You agree that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Service (all services supplied by GetOnSite) are and shall remain owned respectively by our suppliers and us and nothing in these Terms purports to transfer, assign, or grant any rights to you in respect of the Intellectual Property Rights.
You agree that you will not change, amend, remove, alter or modify the Services or any trademark or proprietary marketing in the Services.
GetOnSite assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage which you may suffer arising from your participation in the scheme.
Any abuse of the scheme by any person whatsoever constitutes an offence and may lead to legal action being taken against such person.
GetOnSite reserves the right to cancel or terminate the scheme immediately and without notice if required (i) as a result of regulation, legislation or by any competent authority or (ii) on such other grounds as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary. You acknowledge that you will have no recourse against GetOnSite as a result of such cancellation. GetOnSite can change the rules of the scheme throughout its duration.
The paragraphs in these terms and conditions are severable. This means that if any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, it will be removed, and the remaining paragraphs will still apply.
