Benefits
During the COVID-19 pandemic Ant Yap benefited from no longer having to cram lots of people in one place to deliver their inductions. Using the online platform they knew that all inductees could complete their induction online and before arriving on site, keeping everyone safe. Arriving pre-inducted also resulted in increased productivity as inductees were able to start work immediately as all information had already been received.
