2021: A Year in Review

2021 – a strange year! Nevertheless, it didn’t prevent us here at GetOnSite from achieving some great things. Despite the challenges we faced, we continued to make improvements to our platform, lead the way in online inductions and – of course – prioritise our clients. Below are just some of the highlights from last year.

Platform Upgrades

We’re constantly updating our platform to provide exceptional user experience. Here are just a few of the updates made in 2021:

• Launched a new dashboard to improve navigation and provide ‘at a glance’ views of key data.
• Added new levels of permissions in platform to provide our clients with greater flexibility.
• Improved video functionality, so operatives cannot skip videos.
• Added bespoke blank questions to help gather useful information.
• Created an audit trail of published changes.

Awards

Hard work pays off, and this year we were recognised by being shortlisted for not one, but two awards on the same night! We had the privilege to attend a Gala dinner in London as a finalist in the Construction News (CN) Awards 2021, nominated for Best Use of Technology and we also attended the Gloucestershire Live Business Awards, where we were nominated for the Business Innovation Award.

Here’s what it meant to our Managing Director Sarah:

Team Growth

We’re expanding our team year on year, and this year we welcomed four new team members: Kellie (Customer Support), Nancy (Marketing Executive), Chester (Content Marketing Executive) and Lisa (Sales Team Leader). For the full team, click here.
